Frankie is doing well (knock on wood). Right now, he's wrestling with his socks and shoving them into the couch. I had a meeting with his school today to go over his schedule and basic plan. God willing, he'll be in school four days a week, 3 hours each day. Because of his recent health issues, we've never made it past 2 days a week. So, wish him luck so that he can get more of a "normal" life this year.
The next item to note is that a FUNDRAISER for Frankie is coming up. It will be at LuDal's in North Haven (CT). It will consist of a four course dinner (great food, by the way) and a silent sports memorabilia auction hosted by Steiner Sports in NYC. There will be a cash bar, as well. Price per person is $125. There are only 200 tickets available. I believe the date is scheduled for April 6th. Any inquiries can be made to my brother-in-law, Dave Greco at dfg@efpnow.com.
The weather here is pretty sucky today (and yesterday, if we're really keeping track). The snow/rain we're getting has been going for about 24 hours now. Since it's more rain than snow, there's no accumulation, other than massive puddles and rivers all over the place. Frank & I were supposed to go to a class last night, and twenty minutes into the ride, realized it wasn't worth it, turned around and came home for some hot chocolate.
Until next time...
